1. If I could give one piece of advice, it would be for anyone, in whatever physical condition – top athlete or exhausted parent, to take time out and stretch for 15 minutes a day.

A bit like meditation, stretching gives you the headspace to focus on the present, as well as benefitting your body.

A proper stretch is a great way to start your day and will relax your mind as well as waking up your body.

2. There’s a reason most of my clients finish a massage session and say that they should make more time for one – and that’s because they should!

I know that everyone would benefit by investing in a regular sports massage and by building exercise into everyday life.

It is essential for a healthy and pain free body.

Do it – your body will thank you for it.
